Version 2026-06-27
This Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to the Pagation beta.
We collect information you provide (name, email, roles, listing and deal content, KYC/proof-of-funds documents in this demo) and technical data such as device and usage logs.
We use your data to provide the workspace, verify identity and funds (mock in this environment), prevent abuse, support you, and improve the product.
Where required, we rely on performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and compliance with law.
Deal participants see only what is shared with them (NDA + scoped access). We use service providers (hosting, email, error tracking) under contract, and may disclose where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
Sensitive files use private storage and short-lived signed URLs; access is least-privilege via row-level security; sensitive events are recorded in a tamper-evident log. No system is perfectly secure.
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Pagation is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this Policy; material changes are indicated by an updated version date. Privacy questions: privacy@pagation.com.
