Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Pagation. By creating an account you accept them.

1.Acceptance & Beta notice

In short Pagation is in beta and a demo (MOCK) environment, do not rely on it for real transactions yet.

Pagation is provided on a beta basis and may change or be unavailable at any time. The current environment is a demonstration with mock integrations; no real money, escrow, KYC or binding documents are processed.

2.Eligibility

In short you must be able to enter a contract and provide accurate information.

You must be of legal age and authorized to act for any business you list. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3.The service

In short Pagation is a technology workspace, not a party to your deal and not a broker, bank, escrow agent, lawyer or accountant.

Pagation provides a secure workspace to list, discover and progress business transactions (chat, data room, due diligence, offers, closing tools). The transaction is between the parties; Pagation is a venue, not a counterparty.

4.No advice

In short nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

Verification signals, AI summaries, valuations and generated documents are assisted, informational and may be inaccurate. They are not advice and not guaranteed. Always verify independently and consult your own advisors.

5.Verification & user content

In short verification is reassurance, not a guarantee, and you are responsible for your content.

"Verified", scores and consistency checks indicate available signals, not certification by Pagation. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you upload, and you grant Pagation the rights needed to operate the service.

6.Fees

In short fees, if any, are shown before they apply.

Any platform or subscription fees will be disclosed before you incur them. Real payment flows are disabled in this environment.

7.Prohibited use

In short no fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of others' data.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access data you are not authorized to, or circumventing security.

8.Disclaimers & liability

In short the service is provided "as is"; our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagation disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any transaction.

9.Termination & changes

In short either side can stop; we may update these Terms and will note the date.

You may stop using Pagation at any time. We may suspend access for breach, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be indicated by an updated version date.
